Information you give us

When you contact us, book through our member portal or send a teacher training enquiry, we use the details you provide (such as your name, email and phone number) to reply to you and provide our services. Booking and payment details are handled by our booking provider, Xoda.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

If you accept, our website uses the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The Pixel records which pages you visit and when you click key buttons (for example booking or calling the studio), along with cookie identifiers, your IP address and browser and device details. This information is shared with Meta.

We use it to:

• measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform
• improve and optimise those ads, and show them to people likely to be interested

We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Meta through the Pixel, and we do not use it to share any information about your health or injuries.

Your choice

In regions that require consent (including the EU, UK and Switzerland) the Pixel stays off until you accept. Elsewhere it runs unless you decline. You can accept or withdraw at any time:

You can also manage how Meta uses your information through your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences. We keep a record of your choice, including when you made it, on your own device.
